How much will it cost to get my computer fixed?

Most problems can be solved within the hour which will cost you $55. If parts are required, these will be an additional cost.

For more problematic issue's we recommend our free Pick-Up/Drop-Off service, which will allow us to perform a far greater depth of diagnostics. We never charge customers over five (5) hours labour for jobs undertaken in our workshop, no matter how long the repair takes.

My computer is slow, should I just buy a new one?

With the cost of new PCs and Laptops now so affordable, this is a good question. We offer a Computer Tune-Up and Performance Optimisation service for $50. This can often have dramatic improvements in performance.

We will always advise you of the costs and benefits in each case and offer the best options available. If you do decide to purchase a new computer, we can assist you every step of the way from deciding on your requirements to configuring the start menu.

Is it worth getting my computer fixed, should I just buy a new one?

If the repair involves replacing a number of major component parts and you have had your computer for some years it might be time to replace your computer. Quite often though, repairs take an hour or less and can be very affordable compared to buying a new computer.

While we are more than happy to assist you every step of the way with a new computer purchase, our No Fix, No Fee policy means you have little to lose by repairing your existing computer.

How do I know whether my computer is due for an upgrade or service?

If you’re planning on selling your computer we can securely erase the hard drive to make sure the old data can Never be recovered. When we use our specialist Hardware and Software to erase files, hard drives or Mobile devices, all traces of the data are permanently removed.

Can you troubleshoot an existing network?

We would be more than happy to. We can troubleshoot all home and small business networks even if we did not originally install it or have the documentation.

Do you offer service agreements to small business?

We know it can be tough running a Small or Home business and how critical Information Technology systems can be to daily operations.

For businesses with regular service requirements we offer special pricing and dedicated technicians that will learn your business process and work with you to fulfill your requirements.

What types of hardware upgrades do you perform?

We offer all types of hardware upgrades from simple video card installations, power supply replacements, memory upgrades to changing out the motherboard and CPU.

There is no obligation to purchase hardware from us you will be required to pay to have us install and configure the hardware.

Do you charge any cancellations fees?

No, but we do ask that you give us a couple of hours notice if you'd like to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances.

What services do your fees cover?

Whatever technical support you need. Our fee structure aims to be as flexible and economical as possible and allows you to have us work multiple computers and/or problems at once without getting hit additional charges for every little problem you may need help with.

We are terrific at multi-tasking and can therefore often solve multiple issues simultaneously. Our fee structure intends to be up-front but please note that naturally, the service fees do not include hardware or software which we can offer at very competitive prices.

What kind of Service Guarantees do you offer?

We are serious about service, our business has been built on this commitment. We guarantee our service on two levels:

  1. In the event that we are unable to fix or diagnose the problem, then there is no charge for the service.
  2. If we fail to perform our services to your satisfaction, we will work to provide a solution to your problem quickly and at no additional cost to you

Do you offer on-site service?

We specialise in On-Site tech support. Whether you are in a large office or you want your laptop fixed while camping, we will make it our duty to offer prompt technical support whatever your situation is.

If my computer needs hardware do I have to purchase through you?

No. We are Technical Support Specialists not retailers.

There is no obligation to purchase hardware that we recommend or require to complete the job, however you will still be required to pay to have us install and configure the hardware.

How can I pay?

Cash, Credit Card, EFTPOS, Bank Transfer or Company Cheque.

Unfortuantely we can not accept American Express or Diners Club Cards at this time

How long will it take to fix my computer?

The time taken will vary depending on the quantity and severity of the work. We aim to have you back up and running within the hour.

After we diagnose the situation a more accurate calculation can be given.

I’m a home computer user, not a business, can you still help me?

Of course! We provide computer solutions for homes and offices, from most basic home setup to enterprises systems and everything in between.

Do you offer training?

Absolutely! We are delighted to offer formal or informal training, no matter what your training needs are. Our team is experienced in training both individuals and groups of all sizes on every aspect of technology.

Do you have a “No Fix, No Fee” Policy?

Yes, absolutely.

We assure you that we will make every effort to find a solution for your IT problem, however if we cannot provide a solution we will not charge you for our services.

When are appointments available?

While we find most of our customers book on a weekday between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:00 pm, we understand that you lead a busy schedule and depending on the nature of the appointment we can organise a time that suits you.

How much time will it take to resolve my computer issue?

It largely depends on the nature of the issue, however, the majority of our onsite services are completed within the first hour. If the service is going to take longer, we provide you with an estimate and get your approval before proceeding further.

Be assured that your technician will always perform the repairs as quickly as possible, so you can be up and running again as soon as possible. If it is necessary to take your computer offsite to repair, you will be given a fixed quote for you to approve beforehand.
